Policies

Should you need to cancel your appointment please give us a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your appointment, so that our wait-listed clients may be booked. The booking fee for our spa packages, Inoar or Aveda retexturising treatments and Bridal packages requires a 50% deposit—refundable when given a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation.

All guests will be required to have a colour patch test 48 hours in advance if using Aveda colour. This will allow for any irritations to present themselves ensuring safety for both our clients and the salons.

Gift Certificates and Gift Wrapping

Why not purchase a gift certificate, hair or skin care gift boxes for that special person and we will gift wrap that purchase for you!

Patch Test Policy

As part of our colour and Brazilian Keratin services we require all guests to have a patch test at least 48 hours in advance of the colour appointment. This is a mandatory policy to ensure total health and safety for all our clientele.
