Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment please give us a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your appointment, so that our wait-listed clients may be booked. The booking fee for Soul to Sole Packages and Yuko straightening requires a 50% deposit - refundable when given a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation.
