We are always looking for amazing and passionate people to join our warm welcoming team from hair stylists and beauty therapists to receptionists, assistants and managers.
One of Gina's key aims is to educate and inspire her team and she has created a sanctuary, not just for her guests, but also for every single individual who works at Gina Conway. She has successfully established a place where people really want to come to work each day.
Gina works closely with her dedicated artistic team to organise inspirational and dynamic training workshops, creative education evenings and team building activities as well as sending staff on Aveda training courses or inviting in motivational speakers from the industry. Staff are also given the opportunity to take part in photo shoots, fashion shows, charity events and launch parties to really build up their experience.
